Dundee Bartlett

Owner/Head Trainer

Dundee Bartlett is an intuitive trainer who always brings a quiet, professional approach to the ring. Her belief in a well-rounded teaching program leaves both her riders and their horses feeling confident and happy at the end of the ride. Many of her students have been very successful throughout their showing careers with year end, zone and national awards. One of her favorite highlights was a young student going to her first "A"-rated show, where she won the USEF Pony Medal her first time competing in the class, and qualifed for Kentucky Pony Finals. Dundee's overall philosophy is that a quiet, thorough approach combined with patience and a kind hand produces a lasting "partnership" between horse and rider.

T'Neil Guerrero-Wise

Trainer, Sales & Leasing,

Web & Social Media

T'Neil has been riding and showing since the young age of 5, working in her farm's junior instructor program and transitioning into the professional world upon reaching 18. Her show career is a testament to her hard work and training, with numerous blues, championships and year-end awards throughout the years on both her personal and client horses. T'Neil has a talent for adapting to each horse's style, giving them a confident, quiet ride, and in return they are eager to perform well. She has an eye for selecting quality mounts and loves finding the "diamond in the rough". She enjoys the challenge of bringing young horses along and discovering their full potential. The same applies to the students she works with, and she particularly likes taking the smallest, youngest beginner riders and watching them grow into knowledgeable, confident horsemen.
